Launched in Stockholm, Sweden in 2013, Eytys is the go-to label for a dose of Scandinavian cool. Sleek and modern, the label provides a collection of unisex sneakers for every day. Their sneakers are crafted from suede, canvas and leather, The featured shoe (above) is suede. Eytys' sneakers are free from embellishment and detailed with a chunky rubber sole, logo stamp at the tongue and a signature purple heel tab. Common Projects is a collaboration between designers Prathan Poopat and Flavio Girolami. The emphasis of the brand is on fuss-free designs for shoes and trainers, with a less-is-more aesthetic. Quality leathers and hard-wearing soles are employed in the simple forms – the only superfluous decoration being the signature model number stamped near the back of the shoe. Common Projects shoes have a season-less quality that gives them added value in any wardrobe. Love the touch of black at the heel and that they stamp serial numbers on their shoes. Available here.
ADIDAS Stan Smith Mid-Summer Metallic pack comes with 2 pairs of these brilliant sneakers one with the silver toe/gold tongue (featured) and the other with the inverse (gold toe/silver tongue). I like both pairs but am featuring just the one. Unfortunately, not many stores have these left but you can try on here.
Adidas' Stan Smith is a tennis shoe made by Adidas. However, nowadays, the shoe is not used for tennis, but as sneakers. Stan Smith is an American tennis player, who was active between the end of the 1960s and the beginning of the 1980s. Adidas approached him to endorse the so-called Haillet shoe in 1971. The all black with white Stan Smith on back are my favorite but seems like they are sold out in a lot of places! I would try on eBay or sites like suck to snag a pair. The all white with Green back were seen on many fashion week a-listers. Try here.
